Gastonia soon to offer wireless downtown
According the Gaston Gazette, the city of Gastonia plans to spend $40,000.00 over the next 2 to 3 months to offer free Wi-Fi connectivity in the downtown area. The service is to be near 4G cellular quality and is a part of a much larger effort to attract businesses and people back into downtown.
